Abstract

This paper describes a folded cascode operational amplifier (op-amp) for low power, low-offset with ±0.6V supply voltage, designed in a 180nm CMOS process. Design strategy is discussed for reducing input-referred offset and noise. Here optimization for offset and noise has been done using Pelgroms device mismatch model to avoid trimming and chopper circuitry.
